Do you supply genuine parts or alternatives?
Both. Depending on the brand and application, TMS can supply genuine parts or quality alternatives. For example, we supply genuine Caterpillar parts through the official distribution network.
Is TMS an official distributor?
Yes. TMS is the official distributor of MTG, Berco and Donaldson, and an authorized Bosch Rexroth partner. Every part we quote under these brands comes through the official channel, with full manufacturer warranty.
What information should I include in a quote request?
The machine make and model, the serial number if you have it, and the part reference. A photo of the part or of the identification plate works too. Add the delivery destination so we can quote transport in the same answer.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We ship worldwide by road, air or sea, under any Incoterm. From our bonded warehouse in Belgium, we can also arrange pre-shipment inspections and manage the required export documentation.
Are the parts covered by a warranty?
Yes. Parts are backed by manufacturer warranty, and our quality system is ISO 9001 certified. Berco undercarriage, for example, is covered for 3 years or 4 000 hours.
How fast will I get an answer?
We know time matters. Our team stays agile and responsive, making every effort to provide a clear and accurate answer as quickly as possible.
